Marlton Softball: Current Season In-town Divisions
* Instructional League shall consist of one (1) game on Saturday.
* Players in Kindergarten or First Grade as of January 1st of the current year shall comprise the Instructional League.
* Instructional League shall abide by its own rules as approved annually by Board.
* Coach pitching.
2nd-3rd Grade League
* Semi-Competitive League may consist of NO MORE than three (3) meetings per week (combination of games and practices). Additional meetings for MAKE-UP GAMES ONLY may be added at the Coordinators discretion.
* Players in Second or Third Grade as of January 1st of the calendar year will comprise the Minors.
* Regulation games are six (6) innings.
* Play each player at least two (2) full innings or half of the game (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).
* Pitching distance - 35 feet. Player pitch
* Forfeit time is 15 minutes from scheduled start unless extended by the officiating umpire.

4th-5th Grade League
* Fourth and Fifth Grade League may consist of NO MORE than three (3) meetings per week (combination of games and practices). Additional meetings for MAKE-UP GAMES ONLY may be added at the Coordinators discretion.
* Players in Fourth or Fifth Grade as of January 1st of the calendar year will comprise Majors.
* Play each player at least two (2) full innings or half of the game (WHICHEVER IS GREATER). All substitutes are to be put in by the beginning of the third (3rd) inning or the game will be forfeited by the offender.
* Pitching distance - 35 feet.
* Forfeit time is 15 minutes unless extended by the officiating umpire.
* Three Steals per inning; modified dropped third strike.

Middle School League (6-8th Grades)
* Middle School League may consist of NO MORE than three (3) meetings per week (combination of games and practices). Additional meetings for MAKE-UP GAMES ONLY may be added at the Coordinators discretion. Every effort will be made to schedule games for weeknights only.
* Players must be in Grades 6-8 as of January 1st of the calendar year.
* Each player shall at least three (3) full innings or half of the game (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).
* Pitching distance - 40 feet.
* Unlimited stealing; modified dropped third strike.
* Forfeit time is 15 minutes unless extended by the officiating umpire.
* Additional rules covered in the Marlton Softball Rule book.
* Games, playoff games, and championships may be scheduled with teams of the Voorhees Girls Softball Association (VGSA).
High School League (9-12th Grades)
* High School League may consist of NO MORE than three (3) meetings per week (combination of games and practices). Additional meetings for MAKE-UP GAMES ONLY may be added at the Coordinators discretion. Every effort will be made to schedule games for weeknights only.
* Players must be in Grades 9-12 as of January 1st of the calendar year or be 18 years of age prior to January 1.
* Each player shall at least three (3) full innings or half of the game (WHICHEVER IS GREATER).
* Pitching distance - 40 feet.
* Unlimited stealing; modified dropped third strike.
* Forfeit time is 15 minutes unless extended by the officiating umpire.
* Additional rules covered in the Marlton Softball Rule book.
* Games, playoff games, and championships may be scheduled with teams of the Voorhees Girls Softball Association (VGSA).
