FOOTBALL PLAYER EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Football players will need to provide the following equipment:
Girdle and girdle pads (+/- $20)*
Chinstrap with padding and hard plastic cover (+/- $10)*
Athletic supporter & cup
Socks
Cleats
Mansfield Pop Warner Football provides the following equipment to each player
and this equipment (minus the mouthguard) must be returned at the end of the season (date TBD).
IF YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED ALL YOUR PAPERWORK, YOU WILL NOT
BE ISSUED EQUIPMENT AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO BEGIN PRACTICE.
1 Helmet
1 Mouthguard
1 Shoulder pads
1 Rib pads
1 Knee & thigh pads
1 Game uniform (1 pair pants, 1 belt, and 2 game shirts - one green, one white)
MPW has made a considerable investment in equipment and uniforms.
We ask that equipment not be altered in any way.
Helmets and face guards must not be changed and non-issue decals must not be applied.
DO NOT BLEACH WHITE GAME JERSEYS OR CHEER UNIFORMS.
Players can choose to purchase their own pads and may wish to purchase extra mouthguards
as they should be replaced on a regular basis throughout the season.
A coupon to purchase cleats and equipment at Grogan-Marciano was distributed at registration.
*Costs were estimated by Grogan-Marciano Sporting Goods in Mansfield. They can supply players with whatever they need.
