Monrovia Parks and Recreation Association (MPRA) is dedicated to meeting the recreational needs of the youth in the Monrovia, Harvest, Endeavor, and Legacy communities of Madison County. MPRA was established in 1993 and is the owner/operator of Phillips Park.  MPRA has nonprofit status as a 501 (c) (3)  organization (under IRS rules) effective Feb 9, 1994, EIN 63-1087837.

Baseball tryouts will take place on February 18, weather permitting.  The alternate date for baseball tryouts is February 25.  The times and field location are available under the baseball section.
