Monrovia Parks and Recreation Association (MPRA) is dedicated to meeting the recreational needs of the youth living in the Monrovia and surrounding communities of Madison County.  MPRA was established in 1993 as a private, nonprofit, open to the public, comunity supported organization, and is the owner/operator of Phillips Park.  MPRA has nonprofit status as a 501 (c) (3) organization (under IRS rules) effective Feb 9, 1994, IRS Tax EIN 63-1087837.

MPRA allows for the rental of their fields in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.

Fall Baseball and Softball Registration



 

2015 Spring Baseball and Softball Late Registration is now open.

February 8th - February 13th

Late registration includes a $25 late fee and players will be placed on a waiting list for availability in their age division. 

NEW CONCESSIONS ONLINE BUY-OUT OPTION:

All parents are required to either work a 4 hour concessions stand shift (per child) or "buy-out" your shift to pay for a worker.  To make this process easier, you may now choose to complete your concessions stand requirement during your online registration.  Simply register your child under the Concessions Buy-out section and your account will be charged an additional $35 to cover your 4 hour shift which includes a $3 convenience charge to cover the MPRA cost to use the online payment system.  Please note that you will need to register under each child if you have multiple children playing at MPRA.  If you do not want to buy out just complete registration as usual and your team will be assigned a shift and more information will be given to you by your coach.

 

MPRA will again be hosting our Opening Night Festival to help kick off the Spring Season on Friday, March 13th from 6-8:30pm so put it on your calendar and make plans to attend!!

 

Since MPRA is a non-profit organization, run solely by an all volunteer group of your community peers, please consider volunteering this season in anyway possible.

MPRA MEETINGS 

 

 Where:  MPRA Headquarters Building.

When:  2nd Thursday of each month at 7 PM.
 
Who:  Anyone may attend and ask questions, when recognizied.
    
  ** Only current MPRA members may vote.
  
"Any Guest wishing to speak on a subject must imform the President at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled meeting of the subject and desired amount of time."
