Monrovia Parks and Recreation Association (MPRA) is dedicated to meeting the recreational needs of the youth in the Monrovia, Harvest, Endeavor, and Legacy communities of Madison County. MPRA was established in 1993 and is the owner/operator of Phillips Park. MPRA has nonprofit status as a 501 (c) (3) organization (under IRS rules) effective Feb 9, 1994, EIN 63-1087837.

LATE Fall Cal Ripken Baseball Signups Open through August 7th
Currently only waitlist spots are being taken for late registrations. Available slots will be filled on teams from the waitlists. Please register at the above website to be added to the waitlist for a particular group.
If a spot is available for your child there will be an additional $25 late fee that is due before your child starts to play. No fees are required to be placed on the waitlist.
Start date for practices is August 2nd. Games start August 17 and end September 30.
Cost is $40 for Teeball and Rookie, $50 for Minor and Major
Ages are 4-11. To be eligible to play Cal Ripken Fall Baseball, 4 year olds must be 5 years old by April 30, 2011. Leagues are based on which division the child will be playing in Spring 2011(i.e. age as of April 30, 2011).
