CONCESSION WORK SCHEDULE

We are scheduling teams to work in the concession stand.  Please allow a minimum of 4 parents to work on your scheduled day.  It is the coach’s responsibility to find these workers.  A complete schedule will be posted in the concession.

We will be holding our 2013 Colt baseball signups (ages 15, 16 and 17, no Seniors) Sunday, May 5th from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at the concession stand at the Valley Fork Baseball Complex.

This will be the ONLY sign up.

Sign-up fee required on day of sign-up.

REMINDER: ALL "PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT" FORMS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND TURNED IN BEFORE YOUR TEAM CAN PLAY THEIR FIRST GAME THIS YEAR. MOST OF YOU START THIS WEEKEND. NEED TO GET THOSE TURNED IN ASAP! IF WE DO NOT HAVE A SIGNED FORM THAT CHILD IS NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY.

Reminder– Scheduling is this Sunday April 14^th at the Forest Hills Community Center, Bellaire, Ohio. 1:00 - Bronco 2:00 – Mustang. Must have your roster for roster exchange at scheduling. Roster must include: name, birth date, and age. Take enough copies for each team you schedule with. Need a master copy with name, birth date, age and phone number for Dave Jingle only. Can email to daj-dje@msn.com.

Opening day is Monday April 29^th. All games must be completed by the end of the day Saturday, June 15^th. Playoff pairings will be Sunday June 16^that the Forest Hills Community Center, Bellaire, Ohio, Bronco – 1:00 Mustang – 1:45.

The end of the season championship will start Monday, June 17^th. The championship round will be played on Saturday June 22, 2013, with a rain date of Sunday, June 23^rd. Martins Ferry will host the championship rounds this year.

ATTENTION COACHES

I need your rosters ASAP so I can begin updating the website for the 2013 season. If you have not called your kids/parents on your team do it NOW. We still have parents contacting us advising they have not been notified yet. This was to be done the evening of or day after the draft at the latest! Also remember to have your parents sign the new "Parent's Code of Conduct" form. This is mandatory that all parents sign. If you need the form it can be located in the handout section of the website. When you have them all signed please return to Darick West.

Also as soon as you get your schedules next month please get those to me ASAP so I can update the website and we can start working on the concession schedule.
