Welcome to the Morgan WBBA Website **If you have questions that your coach can answer like when a practice will be or if a game is cancelled call him before you call the board members. If you have a complaint it also should go through the coach. Coaches numbers are posted on the team lists. This goes for questions about rained out games as well! We understand you are not always near a computer to check at 4:00 to see if a game has been cancelled. This year we will be doing all cancellations through your coaches. If they have not called you by 4:10 assume the game is on or you can call them to double check, don't rely on the website for cancellations! WE ARE EXCITED THE SEASON HAS BEGUN! WE ARE HOPING FOR A SUPER FUN SEASON!
If you have any questions you can email: Tammy Rupe WBBA Registration Coordinator at trupe@morgan-county.net
The WBBA (Western Boys Baseball Association) is a youth baseball organization similar to other national youth baseball leagues like PONY, Little League and Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken. Founded in 1956, the goal was to unite communities through a volunteer program that gave children an opportunity to play the great game of baseball. Morgan has been a member of the WBBA for almost 50 years and has called Riverside Park home since it was completed in the early 1970's. The Morgan WBBA league functions independently from Morgan Recreation and is the only youth baseball program for players in Morgan, ages 9 to 12. The league is administered and supported through the efforts of volunteers, fundraising, and with generous contributions from businesses and private citizens. Operating as a non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Utah, all monies raised for the program go back entirely to the kids and to the Riverside Park baseball field. |
