The Jr. Jazz registration fee is $40 this year!  IT IS FOR GRADES 2nd - 8th ONLY!

Jr. Jazz registration is online from October 19th-November 7th.  Please click on the handout link to the left and download the form, print it and fill it out.  Send it in with your $40 made out to Morgan Recreation to P.O. Box 271, Morgan, UT 84050. 

In person registration will be at the Wilkinson Complex November 4th, 5th from 4-6pm and November 7th from 9am-Noon.

Late registration is online only November 9th-November 14th.  It is $15 extra.  Follow the instructions above for downloading the form to send in.  Be sure to include your $15 late fee or it will be returned to sender.  Like the years before, we will be going off of the postmark date.  No registrations will be accepted after November 14th.
