The Sewickly YMCA has about 3,500 Moon residents as members of the YMCA. Our programs and activities span every age group and ability from preschool "Tball" to our competitive conditioning classes for middle, high school and college-level athletes through our Annual Senior Games. We also have a fantastic resource in our Competitive Athletic Training Program. Our Director has years of experience as both an athlete and
trainer. Scott's specialty is speed and agility. Scott has worked with "traveling teams" and local athletes from all
disciplines. He would love to meet with coaches and help them integrate these specific drills into preseason activities and conditioning. Coaches please use Scott as a resource. He has a passion for sport conditioning and a real heart for kids and would love to help. We also have an extremely talented young volunteer who works with Scott that ran in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics for Uganda. (Charles is a fantastic inspiration and loves sharing his experience.)
