Game 9 April 27
Cosner 12-9 ~ Won!
Goose Lee ~ WP (2-0)
In a wild game, we blew a five to one lead, with three dropped balls and a wild throw in the fourth inning. We then scored 3 in the fourth and 4 in the fifth to win. We had 13 hits and needed them. Our pitching was wild and our defense was shaky. Christian had 3 singles. Trent, Brodie and Robbie had 2 singles each. Carter Marshall had a double to start the sixth inning rally.
Game 10 April 29
Lions 11-2 ~ Won!
Robbie Deane ~ WP (4-2)
We jumped them for 3 runs in the first inning, 2 in the second and 5 in the third. We pitched and played everyone in different spots which we needed. Sam Pillar had a double and 2 singles. Goose had 3 singles. Brodie had a double and a single. Christian had 2 singles. Trent, Jake, and Joey Wharton had singles~ Joeys first hit in Little League! Our five pitchers held them to 2 hits!

Game 11 May 5
VFW 3-8 ~ Lost
Robbie Deane LP ~ (4-3)
We had 2 hits and 12 K's. It's hard to win with those numbers. A couple of mental errors defensively hurt and we walked too many. Christian and Robbie had the two singles.
Game 12 May 8
Lions 6-8 ~ Lost
Brodie Phillips~ LP (1-1)
We didn't play great but we had 10 hits and our pitching was good after the first inning. They hit Brodie and a missed fly ball cost us 3 runs in the first inning. We battled back but the Lions made some good plays and deserved to win the game. Goose, Sam, Carter Marshall and Trent had 2 singles each. Jake and Brodie each had a single. We left 13 runners on base and had a couple mental errors that hurt us.
Game 13 May 13
Cosner 13-8 ~ Won!
Robbie Deane ~ WP (5-3)
In a wild game, our defense fell apart and we had to come back from 4 runs down to win the game. We scored nine runs in the fifth, topped off by Brodie's grand slam home run. Brodie also had a single. Sam, Carter Marshall, Goose, Robbie and Joey Wharton had singles. This was a nice win but we have to play better defensively if we are going to stay in the race.
Game 14 May 15
Firemen 17-5 ~ Won!
Robbie Deane ~ WP (6-3)
Brodie had a grand slam home run, double, and a single. Trent had a double and two singles. Carter Marshall, Sam, Goose and Robbie had singles. We busted the game open in the 2nd inning with good base running, scoring four runs on one hit. Josh Canipe had 2 excellent defensive plays in the outfield.
Game 15 May 18
VFW 3-2 ~ Won!
Brodie Phillips ~ WP (2-1)
Brodie and Robbie combined for a 4-hitter with 10 K's . Trent and Caleb made nice catches in outfield to save runs. Brodie had a double. Sam had a single and Jake knocked the winning run in with a double. A good ball game with both teams playing good defense.

Lions 20-13 ~ Won!
Carter "Goose" Lee~ WP (3-0)
We had a 15-0 lead after 2 innings and had to hang on to win as they rallied to cut the lead 16-13. Our hitting was impressive. Brodie had 4 singles. Goose, Christian, and Trent had 3 singles each. Robbie had a double and a single. Sam had 2 singles. Carter Marshall, Jake, Damien, Caleb and Joey also singled.
Game 17 May 25
Firemen 12-10 ~ Won!
Robbie Deane ~ WP (8-3)
We led 12-0 after 4 innings and had to hang on again. Our pitching was not good as we threw way too many pitches and it almost cost us the game. Our hitting was excellent. Brodie had a double and a home run. Goose and Sam had 3 singles each. Robbie had a triple and a single. Christian had 2 singles. Joey and Trent had singles.
Game 18 May 28 Cosner Brothers 6-5 ~ Won!
Carter "Goose" Lee~ WP (4-0)
We were held to 3 hits the first four innings and we were down 5-0. Damien Wells started the 5th with a walk and Carter Marshall singled to tie the game. We won it in the sixth. Caleb Mays singled and scored the winning run for a nice comeback win. Brodie, Christian, and Goose combined to pitch an excellent game. Goose scattered 3 hits and 5 K's in the lasst 3 2/3 innings. Brodie had 3 singles. Sam had two singles. Caleb, Carter Marshall, Trent, Robbie, Christian and Goose all had singles.
Game 19 June 1
VFW 10-5 ~ Won!
Carter "Goose" Lee~ WP (5-0)
VFW scored 4 runs in the bottom of the sixth to tie the game, then we came in and got 5 in the top of the seventh to win the game AND our 5th straight League title. Our pitching was good! Robbie, Brodie and Goose combined for an excellent job. In the seventh Carter Marshall had a bases loaded double for three runs and then scored on a wild pitch. Robbie had a triple and single. Trent had two singles. Carter Marshall, Bridie and Sam had singles. Josh Canipe had an excellent catch in center field.
Game 20 June 4
Firemen 6-0 ~ Won!
Robbie Deane~ WP (9-3)
The game was called at the end of the fourth inning for bad weather. We had a comfortable 6-0 lead. Robbie pitched excellent for 3 innings and then Brodie completed the shut-out. Brodie had 2 singles. Caleb Mays, Carter Marshall, and Goose had singles. Robbie had a double. We completed the season with a fine 16-4 record and won our fifth straight league title.
