| Junior Deputy park in Little Rock changed its policy this year and became a tobacco free facility, parking lot, pitchers mound, dug outs--the entire park. Now our teen agers learn at a young age they will have more places they will be unwelcome if they choose to become addicted. what is the policy in Monticello? |

The 13yr-old BRL devil rays is the best team in my op. the only why they lost by 1 point was because the unpire made a verruy verry ad call he said teams zach martin was out when he sleed across home plate. the catcher did not even tag him untill about 5 sec. after he was on the bag.I have been watching the devil rays verry good.I think the players to go to the all-stars to rep. the devil rays are
#
1. zach martin i think so cause he is an exelent pitcher.
2.milton remley cause of his great runing ability and sliding.
3. layton cater for his great out-fild catching.
4.A.J Avery. for his ex. hitting ability
5.matt.whiting- for his good filding
6.sean gilley. for his bat-catching skills and stops

TranSports Athletic Inc
Dear Sir:
I just returned from Havana, Cuba with four baseball teams who competed against Cuba's best athletes. During this time, I had conversation with the Cuban baseball officials regarding their interest in inviting 10-18 year old youth baseball teams to compete in Havana. Since your clubs history indicates a balanced program, it is my pleasure to offer you the above offer.
My company, TranSports Athletic Inc., has the only license issued by the U.S. Treasury Department which enables us to take Americans to Cuba for athletic/educational exchanges. We are able to organize your air flight, competition in Cuba, hotel and meals, all ground transportation along with daily trips around Havana for sight seeing. These 10 day trips cost team members under $2100 each. We are allowed to take parents, friends, boosters, and other interested travelers at less than $2500 each.
I suggest that you take a look at our web site and then if you are interested, I urge you to call me at 208-892-8922. At that time, we can discuss the financial opportunities that we have that would allow you to reduce the team members costs, through recruiting accompanying people. The web site can be found at www.gotransports.com.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Enjoyed the Southwest Regional Meeting hosted by your league. You have a great baseball program and enjoyed my short stay in Monticello. Hope to see Monticello BR at the 2001 14 yr old regional in Bay City, Texas.
