Mono County Little League: Registration and Forms

Register Your Child for Mono County Little League

Online registration runs January 7 - March 8. You may also register by mail. Please send all registration documents and payments to MCLL, PO Box 18, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. Registration will not be complete without payment and the required forms (scroll to the bottom of this page for the link to the documents).

Registration Fees

$70 for the 1st child in the family, $60 for 2nd child in family, and $50 for 3rd and more children in family. Limited financial assistance is available upon written request and are considered individually. You must contact a board member for scholarship consideration.

Forms

RETURNING players, please submit the Town of Mammoth Lakes Waiver and Medical Release Form. (and registration form if registering by mail)

NEW players, please submit the Town of Mammoth Lakes Waiver, Medical Release Form, proof of age (usually a copy of the birth certificate), the registration form (if registering by mail), and 3 proofs of residency.

Parents...Don't forget to complete the Volunteer Application if you will be helping with practices, games, or in the dugout. Please submit a copy of your Driver License with the application. Social Security Numbers must be printed on the applications in order to perform the necessary background checks. All volunteer applications will be shredded once the background check has been completed.

Please do not email any paperwork. It will not be accepted. Players whose registration paperwork is not turned in by the day of  the draft will not be assigned to a team.
