Welcome To The Mon-Clair Baseball League Website!

The Mon-Clair League is a men's amateur baseball league played during the summer months in the St. Louis area. In 1966, The St. Clair County League merged with the Monroe County League to form the Mon-Clair Baseball League.

Since that merger, the Mon-Clair League has been recognized as the most powerful men's amateur baseball league in the Midwest. Quality and competition have been Mon-Clair League trademarks throughout the years. The Mon-Clair League is comprised of two divisions, the Monroe Division has five teams and the St. Clair Division has four teams.

We have completed our Winter meetings in preperation for the 2012 season and we are set to go. The schedule has been approved and has been posted. We are looking forward to another exciting season of baseball.

Opening day is set for Sunday, May 20th with double headers set for 1:30PM start times.

The annual Mon-Clair vs. Clinton County All Star game is scheduled for Wednesday, July 11th at GCS Stadium in Sauget. A rain date is set for July 18th.

The Valmeyer Mid Summer Classic will begin with games on Saturday, June 30th and Sunday July 1st with finals being held on Wednesday, July 4th. Match ups and times will be announced at a later date.

The playoffs will begin on Wednesday, August 8th and continue on Saturday, August 11th with the championship games set for Sunday, August 12th.

If you are a player seeking to play in the MonClair League, please click my email address below and send me an email with a short bio - position, right or left handed, experience, etc.  Upon reciept, I will forward the information to the League managers to see if anyone has any openings available. Rosters begin forming in January, so a majority of the rosters are full.

We are looking forward to another action packed season and we hope to see you at the ballpark this summer.

The Mon-Clair Baseball League offers the best amatuer baseball in the midwest at a baseball field near you - I look forward to seeing you there.

Our website continues to improve and we are striving to improve every day. A special thanks to our  Webmaster, Mike Francois. If you are seeking information and can not find what you are looking for, please contact me at dave.powell@supremecorp.com . Your input would be a valuable asset to the league.

As Jack Buck would tell us - "from this time 'til next - so long"

Dave Powell

Mon-Clair League President
