Welcome to our site. If you are a girl and you love basketball, then your at the right place. We are here to help you take your game to the next level. We offer leagues, camps, clinics, tournaments, private lessons and AAU traveling teams for ages 9 - 17 years old. If your just beginning your basketball experience or if your a very skilled player, we have something for you. We also have Adult leagues (18+) for College players and ladies that still love to play the game. Financial aid assistance is available. If you have any questions just email us or give us a call. NBA/WNBA Fit Challenge , Nov 7
(A NBA fitness and wellness program)
All events are scored by time or repetitions. Top scorers may advance to regional competition. National finals will be held at the NBA All Star game in Dallas, TX, Feb 12-14. Participation is FREE, All players will participate in grades 1-8. Parents will need to fill out a waiver. More info is detailed in your league program that you received the second week of the league. Girl's that weren't able to do it on Oct 31 can do it this weekend. Players can do it before or after your game time.
Activities:
1. 40 ft sprint
2. Ball around the waist
3. Wall Pass
4. Defensive shuffle (Block to Block)
5. Jump Rope

Format: Teams are formed and each week (Saturday) we have a practice/clinic time followed by a game. Anyone interested in coaching, please note it on the application.
