This is accomplished by competing in high caliber tournaments and teaching correct fundamantal skills along with other life lessons to build top notch players who are motivated to take their game to a higher level. The experiences gained will teach each athlete how to deal with sucess and failure, and how to reach both long and short term goals. We believe and teach that hard work, good sportmanship and team play are keys to being sucessful both in sofball and life. CHAMPIONS TRAIN!!!
To succeed as a player, as a leader, as a team, you've got to be committed... You must be willing to pay the price of success... That's a great big chunk of what teamwork is all about: "COMMITMENT". Being committed to each other. Being committed to winning, Being committed to a dream. Commitment makes it happen.
It's All About Commitment!!!
TEAM'S COMMITMENT
Compete at the highest level, provide our players opportunities for growth and exposure, and create an environment that challenges and motivates players through hard work, encouragement and positive re-enforcement. In addition, a strong emphasis will be placed on the importance of good sportsmanship and positive behavior.
PLAYER'S COMMITMENT
Each player is coached to be part of the team, to have fun and enjoy the sport, to recognize the importance of teamwork, and to encourage and support each other. Our players are expected to work hard when together, and put time in on their own to improve their skills.
COACHES' COMMITMENT
Our coaches are guided by the principles that inspire and motivate individuals to perform to their potential, by building confidence, self esteem, and setting the example by demonstrating proper techniques.
Winners vs Losers +Winners are always part of the solution; -Losers are always part of the problem. +Winners truly believe; -Losers only hope. +Winners have a mission; -Losers have excuses. +Winners maximize their Strengths; -Losers dwell on their weaknesses. +Winners commit to improve every day; -Losers just go through the motions. +Winners make sacrifices for the team; -Losers care only about themselves. BE A WINNER!

| SUMMER 2008 |
Great Summer season Mobile Thrillers 94'. Eight tournaments and placed in 5 of 7 with 2 first place, 2 second place, 1 third place finish. One tournament was cancelled due to rain, which we were playing some of our best ball of the summer before the weather put a stop to us!
CONGRADULATIONS THRILLERS!!! FIRST place finish at the United Southern Girls Fastpitch World Series. We were 2 -1 in pool play with our only loss to Knoxville Fury (Solid Team). We went undefeated in Bracket play and played error free 4 straight games. Two of our bracket games came down to tie breakers, both were hard fought with one being a huge come from behind win to propel us to the championship game. Our hitting improved as we progressed through the tournament and along with solid defense and good pitching we were able to win the Championship (8-1)!!!
Lets keep the hard work and play up through the fall and heading into next summer with our ulitimate goal being to play in the ASA "A" National. See you soon when we get together for Fall.
