Missouri Minutemen Slam Wildcats 30-7
The Missouri Minutemen Indoor Football Team traveled the Omaha, Nebraska, to take on the Nebraska Wildcats, at the Wall to Wall indoor facility, on Sunday March 20, 2005. The Minutemen immediately took control of the game and scored in the their first series on offense. At the half the Minutemen led 18-0. Toward the end of the third quarter the Wildcats came fighting back and scored a touchdown and extra point making the score 18-7. The Minutemen went on tame the Wildcats 30-7. The two teams will meet again at the Minutemens Camp in two weeks. The Wildcats are now 0-3 vs. Minutemen and 0-1 against Missouri Minutemen Head Coach Tim Marshall. Congratulations Coach Marshall and company starting the pre-season 1-0.

Missouri State Fairgrounds New Home For American Professional Football League, Missouri Minutemen, Indoor Football Team
(SEDALIA, Mo.)Are you ready for some indoor football in Sedalia? The Missouri State Fair announced today that the Mathewson Exhibition Center was recently rented by American Professional Football League (APFL) team, the Missouri Minutemen for the 2005 season. Mel Willard, Missouri State Fair Director, said, This is a very exciting new venture for the Fair. We look forward to having the Minutemen and their fans use our facility. We think the Mathewson Exhibition Center has a lot to offer this group and we know there are a lot of football fans in the Central Missouri area that will enjoy watching the sport of indoor football.
Ronnie Jackson from Kansas City is the teams owner and the person who spearheaded the venue selection. Jackson said, We are very excited about the facility and we promise football fans will love it and the game.
