Murrieta National Little League: 2013 Fall Registration




Fall Ball games will start the 2nd week of September with 2 games played per week.  During Fall, games are not played on Saturdays, both games will be during the week. 

Additional dates will be added in the future and will be posted at www.mnlbaseball.org, MNLL's Facebook page as well as an email if you are on our mailing list.

***Save time at registration by filling out these form(s) and printing them before you arrive. 
- 2013 Registration Form  (3 Copies)
- Medical Release Form    (1 Copy)
- Parent Code of Conduct (1 Copy)

Registration Fees are as follows:
Early Bird (May 8th - May 22nd)- $90
After Early Bird, All ages- $110
Each child will receive a shirt and hat.  Team equipment will be provided by MNLL.
We will accept Check, Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AMEX (3% fee for use of Credit Card) *Inquire at registration for payment arrangements
Items to bring for registration: 
-Childs Birth Certificate
-Proof of Residency
-Payment
                        
Proof of Residency forms accepted:  
-Utility Bill 
-Renters Agreement
-Mortgage statement
