Special Achievement:
The 2003 Plaza Liquor's/Firefly's Diamondbacks become the first team in the history of the MISL to finish the season and playoffs with a perfect record. The D'Backs post a 21-0 record during the regular season, then sweep the playoffs to finish 26-0. The players from that team are listed below.

MVP/Sportsmanship Award
Each year, the MISL awards the top player in each Division. The 'A' Division award is named in honor of the late Ralph Grasso Sr. and the 'B' Division award is named in honor of the late Tim Jewel. The award winner selected, 1. "has proven to be invaluable to their team" and 2. "best exhibits the qualities of the league".
