2010-2011 Miramonte Swim Season Update! · Preseason Workouts have started! We hope that you will all consider this highly successful program sponsored by Orinda Aquatics. Though not required, it is highly recommended by our coaches that swimmers be in shape when the high school season begins in February. Registration for PreSeason can be found at www.orindaaquatics.org· Swim Schedule: The swim schedule is posted on the website calendar. www.miramonteswimming.org In addition to our regular DFAL schedule the team will also be participating in the De La Salle Invitational on March 18 and 19.· Varsity Invite Team Trip: The team will travel to Southern California to participate in the Mission Viejo Invitational on April 2nd. The tentative plan will be to travel by bus on April 1 st and return on April 3rd or 4th. Approximately 35-40 swimmers will be invited by the coaches to attend.
· Contact Information Update and Tee Shirt Order: Contact Arlene White at arlene.white@comcast.net to obtain the googledoc link to update contact information and order tee-shirt size.
Swim Team Parkas: The Norcal order form for parkas is available on our website (under the forms/handout link). Delivery time is 6-8 weeks so it is a good idea to order now if your swimmer would like a parka for the start of the season. Fax or mail orders directly to Norcal. You can visit their Walnut Creek store for sizing.· District Athletic Clearance Forms: If you have not participated in another sport this year you must complete the athletic on-line registration. A physician’s signature stating the athlete received a physical after July 1 2010 is required.
