MINNESOTA MAGIC BASKETBALL 2008 SEASON--
Magic Basketball offers spring basketball for boys currently in grades 4-12.
4th Grade-2 teams
5th Grade-2 teams
6th Grade-2 teams
7th Grade-3 teams
8th Grade-3 teams
9th Grade-3 teams
10th Grade-3 teams
11th Grade-4 teams
12th Grade 3-4 teams
ALL GRADES REFER TO CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR
In grade 4, we are looking for traveling players or top players from community-based programs. In grades 5-9, we are looking for "A" level traveling team players or ninth-graders "playing up." . Sophomore teams will consist mainly of players competing at the varsity level or starting on JV or sophomore teams. Junior teams will consist mainly of varsity starters, with a preference for all-conference or honorable mention players. Senior teams will consist of all-conference players with a preference for all-state or all-state honorable mention players.
Magic is a highly competitive program that emphasizes advance skill development and elite tournament play.
Cost for participation:
Grades 4-8 $400
Grades 9-11 $450
Grade 12: To be determined
COACHES FOR THE TEAMS ARE SELECTED THROUGH AN APPLICATION PROCESS AND ARE MAINLY EXPERIENCED HIGH SCHOOL, AAU OR COLLEGE COACHES.
Over and above the fees charged to those who make teams, there is a $25 fee to try out for Magic. Please pre-register by filling out a Magic basketball form, which you can download. Enclose a check for $25 to Magic Basketball and mail to:

IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND THE TRYOUTS ON THE PRIMARY DATE LISTED, PLEASE CALL TO LET US KNOW YOU ARE COMING ON AN ALTERNATE DATE.
ALL TEAMS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE CONCLUSION OF TRYOUTS ON THE MAIN TRYOUT DATE.
