Minnesota Angels: Welcome
Minnesota Angels Girls Basketball is a not for profit organization. The Minnesota Angels Girls Basketball Program is a competitive developmental girls' travel basketball program. The Minnesota Angels Girls Basketball Program teams compete in Minneapolis/St. Paul leagues, spring and summer tournaments. Players are not guaranteed a certain amount of game playing time as in most recreational and park district league teams. Coaches seek to develop girls and give fair amounts of playing time based on talent, work ethic, practice, and game attendance. The teams the organization fields are purely competitive placing the best talent on the teams they field. These teams will compete on the state and regional levels. We seek to develop ALL players in the organization to their fullest potential proportional to their own commitment and work ethic. Minnesota Angels Girls Basketball offers its players many more game and game experiences than most traveling teams.
We have a 5th grade and high school team. If you are looking to play competitive travel girls basketball come out and tryout. Our coaching staff includes coaches that have extensive basketball experience at the recreational, high school and pro-am level. We consider our staff one of the best coaching staffs for a travel program in the midwest!
Our Mission: We seek to develop young girls and young ladies as student/athletes of good character, sportsmanship, and academic prowess. Our goal with basketball is to develop and prepare our young girls to play on the high school level and for our high school young ladies to play on the college level if they desire.
Organization News: We are always looking for girls with good work ethics and a passion for basketball. Girls are welcome to join our program starting in 4th grade where we work on development to 11th grade where they can tryout and compete with our seasoned players to earn playing time.
Interested in becoming a player for Minnesota Angels Girls Basketball to be the best you can be on and off the basketball court?
