Here is the info for the hotel for the Dells tournament:

All rooms are non-smoking with 2 queen beds for all dates. The Super 8 is located at 800 County Hwy H in Wisconsin Dells, Wi. The rates for 1/14 are $46.74 for 1-2 adults, $50.99 for 3 adults, and $55.24 for 4 adults. The rates for the remaining dates (1/21, 2/4, 2/11, 2/25, and 3/10) are $57.79 for 1-2 adults, $62.04 for 3 adults, and $66.29 for 4 adults. We can hold a block of rooms until 14 days prior to arrival. Any rooms not guaranteed by then are automatically released back into the hotel’s inventory at no charge to you. 

Please refer to the email sent December 19th for the phone and confirmation numbers to make your reservations.  If you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask.  

 Again, you are not required you stay at the Super 8, but you will be receiving a group discount.  The girls also build stronger bonds during this tournament as they spend the weekend together.   

 Fundraiser forms due January 3rd, late forms won't be accepted

You must turn in your order sheet to your coach by Tuesday, Jaunary 3rd (first day of practices in 2012).  Late orders will not be accepted to ensure delivery date.

 Pick up of items will be Tuesday January 10th after practice.  Location will be emailed to you. 

Please have your customers make checks out to you.  Total up your sales and subtract your profits.  Send your coach a check made out to Inferno VBC, for the base coast of your items.  (Selling prices can be found in sales packet).
