Thanks to all who registered for the 2013 Fall Milton Youth Football season! If you missed regular registration, we have one final late registration date on:
- Tuesday, July 9th, 5:30-6:30 pm, Milton Middle School
A $20 late fee will be assessed for athletes registering at this time; exception for families who have just moved to the area. Athletes should be present to weigh in, and they should bring a current report card to verify grade level.

Concussion Information: The link below is to the CDC's online training course for recognizing and protecting against concussions. This course is required viewing for all head coaches in the Milton Youth Football League before practice can begin.
