  • Payment with either Paypal or credit card. You must click on the "Proceed to Paypal" button to pay, but do not need to have a Paypal account
  • Enter your athlete's name in the "Order Notes" section of the order form

1) REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!! 

Click on the "Athlete Registration" link to the left to start the paperwork. All forms and online registration must be completed by January 16 - Turn in forms to Coach Estes in Room 1356. Or forms may be dropped off in a drop box on the front porch of the registrar's home - 1088 Bream Dr, Milton GA 30004 - Breamridge Subdivision off Birmingham Hwy.

3) SURVEY FOR HEAD COACH

4) PRACTICES

Optional practices for ALL athletes: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 3:50 - 5:30 at MHS until week of December 19. You must have a current physical on file to participate!! There will also be optional practices the first week of school in 2017.

 

DISTANCE RUNNERS, (800/1600/3200m runners) if you HAVE NOT RUN since Area/Region/State you can begin the training schedule below on Nov 28th. IF YOU raced & trained for Footlocker please wait until Dec 12th to begin running again after taking 2 weeks OFF!! (Recommended!).

1. Try to average 35-40 miles per week of running MINIMUM (40 would be better)

2. Get your weekly long run up to 70-75 minutes

3. Run at least 5 days a week with your shortest run being 40 minutes!!

4. Try to get to the gym 2x a week and do all upper body lifting (make sure you do your lifting right after you get in a run) or attend track conditioning AFTER getting your distance run done!

5. Get in 2 days of core/drills and strides after your easier runs.

 

5) SCHEDULE

 Registration will be due January 16, Mandatory Practice Begins Tuesday January 17 and will be after school Monday through Friday from 3:50 to 5:30.
