I am writing on behalf of the Milton Monsters Youth Wrestling Club, a non-profit corporation. In 200 we had a very successful year. We qualified 21 kids to the Youth State Wrestling Championship Tournament. Eight of those wrestlers made it onto the podium tied for the best in Milton history. Milton won 5 State championships in 2008 Ian Johnson, folkstyle, 8th grade Triston Shea, folkstyle, 1st grade Landon Shea, Greco Roman, 8th grade - and John McCarthy, Freestyle & Greco Roman, 5th grade.
The Milton Monsters are looking for Sponsors for this year's club season. Our Major Sponsors contribute $250.00 each and their names or logos go on the back of our 130+ wrestlers' T-shirts. The Milton Monster is a popular logo and many of our parents along with sisters & grandparents, etc., also purchase shirts.
This year a large portion of our fund raising efforts will be used to supply the Milton Middle School with much needed new singlets! Past year's sponsors have helped us complete projects like resurfacing Milton High School's wrestling mats and purchasing new bleachers for Milton High School's 2nd gym.
Our Major Sponsors are recognized in all of our advertising, in the Milton Courier and at our Tournament which will be attended by approximately 500 wrestlers and their parents, etc. If you would like to be included as a Major Sponsor, please forward $250.00 to the Milton Monsters in the enclosed, self addressed, stamped envelope.
Donations received by Jan 23, 2008 will be recognized by adding the sponsor to this year's T-shirts. Donations received after Jan 23, 2008 are also appreciated and will be recognized by adding the sponsor to next year's T-shirt.
