MICROSOFT WORD '97 - 2000 VIEWER or WORD VIEWER 2003 or If you need to open a ".pdf" file use the Adobe Reader program. If you already have a Adobe Acrobat Reader and you still cannot view/print the form you may have an old version and need to go to the site below and upgrade you program.
