Lot's of great changes for soccer in Milpitas. The Milpitas Youth Soccer Club launched "FC Milpitas" during the 2009-2010 season to identify our club with our community, Milpitas.
The Milpitas Revolution 95 soccer team, as part of the club, is officially changing its name to FC Milpitas Revolution. The Revolution will remain the elite, Class 1 team, and will be coached by Miguel Navarro. As part of our club identification and expansion in the U14 (U15 age bracket for the 2010-2011 playing season), we are establishing a partner team, the FC Milpitas Arsenal, which will play Class 3 in the Spring and the Fall. This team will be coached by Steve Rubio.
Coach Eric Donkers will be taking both a supervisory and supporting role in both teams while stepping back from head coaching leadership during the 2010-2011 playing season. Having coached in MYSC since its beginning in 2003 and coaching the Revolution for three years, Coach Eric will be taking a break to help develop both teams and the club at the same time.

Club Tryouts - February 6 at Milpitas High School
Hi all,
The club has tryouts on February 6 at Milpitas High School, 1285 Escuela, Milpitas. We will be on the football stadium turf field.
Our session is from 12 - 2pm with a potential game between 2pm and 3pm and this is MANDATORY for our all players. We are evaluating current and new players for both our Class 1 and Class 3 teams. And we might have a scrimmage following the tryout.
Bring a ball, water, and shinguards. Nothing other than water allowed on the turf field.
Feel free to extend the invitation to friends who might want to play.

Revolution Win Soccer By the Bay Tournament
The NV/Milpitas Revolutions WON the Soccer By The Bay Tournament this past weekend and are CHAMPIONS of the Bronze division. Victories this weekend (as compared to previous results):
2-1 vs, Turlock Gold Strikers (first time playing)
2-1 vs. Livermore Elite Thunder (previous 2-2 tie in Assoc Cup)
2-0 vs. San Carlos Clash (previous loss 1-2 and win in SBTB 2008 4-1)
3-0 vs. Novato United 95 White (previous loss 1-3 in Hannah Welker Mem Tourn)
This makes 8 straight tournament wins and TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS in a row (D2 Spring Cup, SBTB). Champion Team Players: Jose, Mickey, Ryan, Scott, Derek, Jonathan, Miguel H, Beto, Ram, Marco, Frank, Cisco, Andreas, Gallo, Nathan, Robert, Jackson. Coaches: Miguel Navarro, Steve Rubio, Fred Whitman

Congratulations .... Class 1 Elite - Milpitas Revolution
In July 2009, the Milpitas Revolution were promoted to Class 1 Elite Soccer level in District 2 of Northern California. Congratulations to the hardworking Milpitas Revolution in achieving this well-deserved milestone! We have a lot of work cut out for us.... Play Like A Champion!

Milpitas Revolution 95B - U14 Boys Competitive Team
Team History:
This team formed in June 2007 for the Fall 2007 playing season in the U12 age bracket. We started from scratch at the Competitive Level Class 3 with a pool of talented players and motivated parent-coaches. Our team has always focused on developing young men as well as soccer players - we are deeply committed to both goals.
In our second playing season 2008-2009 as a U13 team..... we were Division "B" Champions of Delgado Playing League (Fall), took 3rd place in Spring League playing up a year at U14 Level (of 9 teams), and we won our first tournament in June 2009, the District 2 Spring Cup Tournament.
In just our third playing season, we were promoted to Class 1 Elite soccer playing level and will be playing in the Abronzino Playing League Division C in Fall 2009.
