Mill Creek Little League: FALL 2009 Divisions
Your young athlete, ages 13-15, will compete at an impressive level of play with few errors and exciting games. Cannot turn 15 years old before May 1st of season year.
Majors
Most skilled division, for ages 10-12, for the 60' base path fields. After this division the players will move on to the 90' base path fields. Cannot turn 13 years old before May 1st of season year.
Minor
This level is your childs first real taste of regular baseball where 9&10 year olds compete. By now your child has been prepared to safely use the skills they have developed to step up to the plate and bat a real pitch, run and steal bases.Offensive and defensive play further develops your childs baseball skills.
Junior Minor
Pitching machine is the next level of instructional baseball for 8 year olds. Your child is moved to rules closer to regular baseball rules, with a few exceptions to keep things fun. A pitching machine is used to transition your child from the soft toss T-Ball pitching to real pitching.
Veteran T-Ball
Veteran T-Ball is instructional baseball for the little one's, ages 6-7 years old. All aspects of the field and the rules are adjusted to allow your child to develop the skills and fundamentals of baseball in an instructional way that they will thoroughly enjoy.
Rookie Teeball
Rookie T-Ball is instructional baseball for the little one's, ages 4-6 years old. All aspects of the field and the rules are adjusted to allow your child to develop the skills and fundamentals of baseball in an instructional way that they will thoroughly enjoy.
