Dear Board Members, League Officials, Coaches and Administrators,
The 2009 Youth Sports Vendors Fair will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7th, from 10am to 3pm at the Alderwood Manor Youth Club/Boys & Girls Club, 19719-24th Ave W. Lynnwood, WA. As you look forward to the 2010 season, vendors will be showcasing the latest in baseball and softball equipment, uniforms, training materials, photography, fundraising, Software and concessions equipment. This year the fair will be held in the gym so all vendors will be in the same room. This has grown to be one of the biggest vendor shows in the Northwest. We are anticipating 30 different vendors in attendance.
Admission is free and there will be door prizes given away throughout the day. Please feel to pass this on to any youth organization such as football, basketball, soccer, cub scouts, etc. that might benefit from this event.
