Milford Baseball 2010 Registration
Options for registration are listed below:
Online Registration: Begins on November 24, 2009 for returning players only. Click on the link below to register online by credit card with no service fees.
Walk in Registration: Two walk in registrations will be held for new and returning players. All first time players must register at one of the walk in registrations below and provide an original birth certificate.
Walk in Registration will be held on the following dates:
Saturday December 5, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.
Saturday January 9, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Saturday January 9, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Registrations will be held in the Milford High School Cafeteria Lobby.
A 2010 registration form can be printed from the handout section of this site.
The maximum registration fee per family for multiple children is $230.00
Refunds will be at the discretion of the Milford Baseball Board of Directors and a $15.00 fee will be assessed for any refunded registrations.
Please note: The deadline for registration is Feburary 1, 2010. Any registration received after the deadline will be subject to a $25.00 fee per child. Once again, player evaluations will be held in the month of February and teams will be selected by the end of February. Please sign up early to avoid any late fees and to be eligible for team placement.
