A word of caution.  Lodging in and around Prescott is limited.   If you have submitted your registration form and have not secured rooms, we strongly recommend that you do so immediately.  If you have not submitted your registration form, please get it in soon, but secure lodging as soon as you submit the form. You really should secure lodging now if you are positive that you are going to register.  You may find that you cannot get a block of rooms, so you will have to contact various hotel/motels for individual rooms.

SPORTS ACCOMMODATIONS has informed me that they will not provide services or contribute funds to the Mile High Classic unless we change our format to the stay-n-play option.

This is not an option we are willing to adopt. 

We have informed Sports Accommodations that we accept their decision to no longer provide services to our tournament, and as of this date, will no longer refer teams to them to secure lodging for the tournament. Please have your lodging coordinator contact the hotels/motels directly to secure lodging for future tournaments.  

In the past teams have had to find lodging in other areas such as Anthem, North Phoenix, Cottonwood, Verde Valley, and Dewey.  If you are having problems, we suggest you expand your search to these and other areas.  An AAA tour book may come in handy as well as searching the web. 

AYSO Guest Player Form can be found under "Handouts." Coaches planning to bring guest players must complete and provide this form with their original application.
