MYL Board Not Meeting Until June

The May 2012 MYL Board Meeting, formerly scheduled for tonight, has been canceled. The board's next meeting will now take place the first week of June. Look for an exact date to be published here and on the MYL Facebook page once it is known. Once a date has been set, the meeting will still be held as usual at the Milan Community/Senior Center at 7pm.
Likely topics to be discussed include:
- A look back on Opening Day
- The first few weeks of play this season
- Fundraising Recap and Upcoming Events
- Baseball and Softball Tournaments
- All-Star Day Preparations
- Updates from Board Members and Volunteers
Board meetings are open to the public and you are encouraged to attend!

Adults' Bowl-a-Thon Fundraiser Event This Friday Night

The Adults' Night Out Bowl-a-Thon (18and over only please) will take place THIS Friday, May 18th at Maplewood Lanes in Saline (830 Woodland Drive, click for map). Participants should be 18 and over, please. Check-in starts at 8pm and the fun begins at 9pm!
Cost: $10.00 a person (This includes 2 games and shoes)
Raffles, basket auctions, and mini games will be available, so bring your cash and your best bowling shirt and let's support our kids!

2012 Home Game Schedules Now Available Online
While we continue to work on placing the 2012 games on our online league calendar, we have provided schedule for each division that anyone can view and print out. Simply click on the link below that reads "2012 Game Schedules by Division" and then click the link for the division you need. Thank you for your patience while we continue to work toward serving you better!
NOTE: for teams that play interleague road games in other nearby communities, please check with your coach for your team's road schedule. After all home games are added to the calendar, we will begin adding these road games along with results for all games

Monday, March 5
2012 Walk-In Registration Begins Tonight

| Register at the Milan Senior Center |
Tonight kicks off the 2012 Milan Youth League Walk-In Registration. You may register your child for the upcoming MYL season on any of the following nights:
- Monday, March 5
- Friday, March 9
- Monday, March 19
- Friday, March 23
Come on up to the Milan Senior/Community Center on Neckel Drive on any of these nights anytime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. to register your young ballplayer for the 2012 season!
You may register for T-Ball, Baseball or Softball at any of the Walk-In Registration nights. Walk-In Registration also features the following benefits:
- Check out sample uniforms to help you order the right size
- Speak with coaches and league officials in person about your questions and suggestions
- Using our on-site copier, make a copy of your child's birth certificate for the league (if this is your child's first year in Milan Youth League)
- Walk-In Payment Options include check, money order, or cash (check or money order is preferred)
Tuesday, March 20
Coaches' Clinic & Player Draft This Saturday
- Enter through the back doors off the parking lot, they will be open at 8:45am.
- Dress comfortably and bring your glove, you may need it!
- Don't forget--lunch will be offered during the lunch break
