1.Midwest Penguins does have boys teams, which might be news to some of you. We have had boys for the past 3 years. This year we are looking to have a 12 year old team, a 13/14 combined team and a 15/16 combined team. Information can be found on our website also.

2.Midwest Penguins does have teams as young as 11 year olds. They practice 2 times a week and play in 5-6 tournaments.

3.Midwest Penguins is setting up an instructional program for kids under 12. We are looking for coaches that might be interested in assisting. This will probably run in Febraury, March, April.

Registration forms and preliminary information is attached.

Please print the tournament facts so that your team knows the who,what,where,when and why.

Please have your parents visit the website and print the necesary information and check on the final day and final results.

Buy admission tickets
For this year's event admission is required for all spectators over the age of 6. You may purchase either a tournament weekend pass for $15, or single day tickets for $6. Tickets may be purchased only in the lobby of
the Minneapolis Convention Center at the event starting on Thursday evening.

* Group Ticket Window: To reduce your waiting time we will have a special Group Window open on Thursday evening and Friday.   The Group window will handle cash sales of 6 or more weekend passes only.   All
sales at the Group window must be cash only. No credit card will be accepted at the Group window.   We suggest that your parents get together and send one person to the Group window on Thursday evening to get weekend passes for everyone.

* Non Group Ticket purchases at the event: You may purchase a daily ticket or a weekend pass at the Minneapolis Convention Center at the regular windows. Payment forms which will be accepted are cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted. (Credit cards will not be accepted for groups of 6 or more at the regular window.)

Wave Pool Start Times:
On week 1: 16 Open, 17 Open, 18 Open, 13 Club, 12 Club and some pools of 16 Club will start at 8am. 18 Club, 17 Club, and some pools of 16 Club will start at 3pm.   It is not possible to determine which teams in 16
Club will play in the AM or PM, and special request for specific starting times will not be acknowledged.

On week 2: 14 Open, 15 Open, and some pools of 14 Club will start at 8am. 15 Club and some pools of 14 Club will start at 3pm.   It is not possible to determine which teams in 14 Club will play in the AM or PM, and special request for specific starting times will not be acknowledged.
