Download your form here: Reminder that you must pay and register 10 days prior to each tournament. Junior BB/SB May 18 & 19, major BB/SB June 1 & 2, and 9/10 BB/SB is June 8&9. Waiver of Residency Form
Approved Little League Form. Parents of player must initiate and notarize the form. This is to be used when a player wants to join your league and does not live within your boundaries. This must be done on a yearly basis. Reminder: that player will not be eligible for all-star play.
