East Louisville Sports would like to announce that 2013 Football Signups are just around the corner.
When: May 11th, May 18th, and May 25th
Where: Crosby Park Baseball Fields, 11500 Cedardale Rd, Middletown, KY. 40223
Times: 9am-2pm

ELS is a member of the Kentuckiana Youth Football League (KYFL) and offer a competitive football schedule playing teams from around Louisville.
We are excited and proud to be entering our third year with KYFL.

KYFL offers four teams/ age groups (cutoff date is 7/31/13):
Mighty Might Tackle (ages 5, 6, and 7)

Pee Wee Tackle (ages 8 and 9)
Juniors Tackle (ages 10 and 11)
Seniors Tackle (ages 12 and 13) 
(whatever your child’s age is as of 08/01/13 is the age group he or she will play in.)

Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate to sign ups

Practices – start in the beginning of July:  Before school we will likely go 4 nights a week dropping to 3 nights a week once school starts.  The days and times of practice are at the coach’s discretion.  Practices take place on fields surrounding Eastern High School.  All weekday practices will be at 6pm or after and go until around 8pm.

Games: 
League play will consist of 9 or 10 games plus playoff games.  Home games are played at Eastern High School on Saturday mornings.  Games are typically played at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, and 1:30pm.  The last game is usually over by about 3:00 p.m.

Fee for 2013 - $130 per player
Each additional family member receives $20 discount

What does the $130 fee include? 
 Helmet, shoulder pads, girdle,all pads (knee, hip, thigh), game pants & jersey, practice jersey

Player responsibility:
Practice pants -  $15 and up at sporting good stores (depending on the name brand)
Football cleats - could range $30 and up (depending on the namebrands - Nike, Reebok, etc)...the better the name brand, the higher the cost of the shoes.
Mouth guard - $2 to $3
Socks-

Refund Policy:
-If no equipment has been issued, 100% refund less $20 per player for administration of refund.
-50% refund if equipment has been issued once all equipment has been returned- including helmet, pads, uniform, etc.
