| Middlesex County Little League is dedicated to providing opportunities for area youth to participate in an organized baseball and softball program that endorses a basic philosophy, Our Kids, Our Future. Our primary goal is to “help children become good and decent citizens” and to establish ”the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play.” Using this philosophy, volunteers teach fundamentals of the sport and guide children in their quest to be the best players that they can be. | |
| We are a member of Virginia District 15, a grouping of 11 counties that span from the Chesapeake Bay to Fredericksburg and from the York River to the Potomac. Our program begins with children age 5 and graduates from a T-ball stand to an adult controlled Machine Pitch league. Our competitive teams are Player Pitch and play neighboring counties as well as among ourselves during regular season. At the end of the season we put forth All Star teams that compete for the District Championship; the 1st step in advancing to the ultimate goal, a Little League World Championship. For those who have a long history, welcome back. For those who are new to Middlesex County Little League, I hope you will join us. There are many opportunities to participate in Coaching, Umpiring, Concessions and Field Maintenance. All positions are Volunteer and there is always room for more. Together, we can make a difference. |
