2012 Summer Meet Attendance
Please use the link above to indicate which meets your swimmer(s) will be attending.
Please indicate ""Y"" for ""yes"" in the meets your swimmer WILL be attending. Cards for meet entries will be prepared for the swimmers who are signed up for each meet. Coaches begin preparing meet entries and relays the day before the meet so that cards are ready BEFORE each meet. This allows coaches to focus on organizing swimmers for warm-ups and their events on arrival at each meet, rather than doing entry cards and rearranging relays during that rush. SWIM MEET BUDDIES will be determined before the first meets based on which swimmers will be attending consistently throughout the season, so please indicate your anticipated full season schedule preferably BY JUNE 14. If your swimmer's availability for a meet changes during the season, or you have a new Cub who decides they want to try a meet as the season progresses, you can return to this document and adjust their availability up to 24 hrs before each meet. ANY CHANGES WITHIN 24 HRS OF THE MEET SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED DIRECTLY TO THE COACHES at practice or via email to middleburyaquaticclub@gmail.com. Thanks for your help in making meet preparation and arrival at meets run smoothly.
TEAM SUIT ORDERS - Deadline June 4
This link is for ordering TEAM SUITS, fins and paddles. Team Suit and Cap orders with the team logo are placed in the Spring and Fall. Prices have been discounted on the Team Suits as long as the team meets the minimum numbers for printing. All orders must be placed by the stated deadlines below in order to allow time for printing and delivery before first meets. Please note that logo team orders will be shipped 2-3 weeks after the order deadline so that they can all be printed at one time after that date.
NEW for 2012: If swimmers wear a cap, caps worn at CVSL meets MUST be a TEAM CAP.
Directions: Use your previous LogIn ID and password in the Account box in the top left of the website to enter our team portal to place an order. If you have not previously ordered via the team portal, you will need to create an account using your email address and creating a password on the opening page, which you can also use to log in to place future orders.
Orders must be placed by JUNE 4. Suits ordered after that date will not have the team logo. Caps will currently not be available online as we have several, pink and blue, in stock ($10, checks to Middlebury Aquatic Club). Caps will not be available online until we sell out the team stock. Suits can be tried on for size before ordering at the team information night 5/17, registration night 5/24 or the first Summer Pre-Season practice June 4. The Try-on suits will be shipped back for printing after June 4. NEW for 2012: Orders will be delivered directly to homes this year, about 2-3 weeks after the order deadline.

Crewneck sweatshirts (please see design under below, please note all ink will be white) will be available to order for $25 and can be ordered until Friday, June 8th. Please use link above to order.
