Panther Camp Online!
Attention all Panthers. I have placed under "Panther Camp", a summer development program for each of you that if you dedicate some of your spare time to, will help you to significantly improve your skill level this summer. The important thing to remember is that no camp or skills coaching will help unless you commit some of your time (45M-1hr./day) or as often as you can. The kids that want to be great players some day will do this. I will add drills and fun activities as I find them from time to time. The best thing to do is print out the drills and hang them up where you practice so that you can follow the program. The weight training is included for the 13-14's, but, with supervision the 12's can do some of the strength training. Have fun!!!
