| YAY MHSXC!!!! Way to start off the season people! Congrats to the ladies and good job to the gents--you guys are going to do so awesome this year, everyone's really stepping up to the plate...er...pole. =) I just wanted to add-on to the other alumni's wishes for a fantastic season, lots of PRs,continuing the XC traditions (pasta parties, weird bus stories, tummy art at states...etc.) Don't take it for granted...it'll go by fast! (yes, that does include the days when you're running speedwork that feels like it takes forever!) And of course, I am your biggest fan up here at UD ....well, I like to think so anyway; it's a bit fiercer competition here than at some certain other schools ;) Seriously, we're all cheering for you guys (me and my loud moth will never shut up) so enjoy and have fun! And i will prob make it to some meets seeing as how i got relatives racing, I'm not far away and whatnot. Love you all--have fun! Fitzy PS--There are SOO many runners here on campus! (of course there's not a lot of grass to run on....just don't tell bloomie that ;) |

You all mean the world to me, so go out there and beat 'em and bust 'em! With your awesome captains and even better coach, the memories you make every day will last for a LONG time. I miss you all! |

Hey there, crazy MHS runners... I wish you all a killer season and many fun memories! It's so weird being a CC Alumni...so make sure you enjoy every year that you have on that amazing team! Girls, I know you're going to be strong this year, so show everyone what you're made of!!! Guys, you have a chance to sneak up and surprise all the teams, even yourselves! Go out there and GO FOR IT!!!
I am going to miss you all, but you have great captians this year, with the duo of Big Red and Little Timmy, Jackie C and Mikey P :) Oh, and don't forget about that old guy coaching you...he might be helpful, too :) Good luck! I'll be your biggest fan in Syracuse!!!

| Well since we have the day off I figured I would write a wee message. (= First of all, this season has been a blast--way to let allof us seniors go out in true XC style!! (= Everyone did so great last Saturday; let's make the postitive energy keep on coming for this Saturday!! It's really odd to think that it's going to be my last meet ever....so all you younger XC people enjoy all of your XC seasons cause they fly by!! As for us senior folk--lets go out there and show them that '05 has what it takes. (= PS--We love to see as many people as possible come out to states, so even if you aren't running, try and mke it--it'll be fun. (And for all the girls out there you can join in our XC tummy art. (= May some traditions never die!! Ok, well off to college aps...fun fun fun. Viva Cross Country!! (= --Fitzy |

What a way to end the season, my fellow runners! We've had great success this year, thanks to the hard work and dedication from each person. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people than the ones on our team :) Good luck next year, to those of you returning for another great season with Ol' Bloomie, and may you always find a reason to smile after you run :)
