LACROSSE: Welcome

The summer lacrosse schedule is not set until mid-to-late May.  However, in past summers the program ran from June - July (the State Tournament - is usually the first weekend in August - that is - if the team qualifies.).  There is usually one game per week, and one practice per week.

We play in the East District (So - we travel in the east metro area: Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, Stillwater, Mahtomedi, White Bear Lake, etc...).  The schedules are set-up late because the number of players, and thus the number of teams can be in flux until the last minute.

Your son's current grade in school is the level he will play at during the summer.

Our home games are played at Kensington Park, and practices are at Friendly Hills Middle School.

Last summer, the 5th-6th grade team played games on Tuesday and practiced on Thursday (they also had one Saturday that they played two games).

Last summer, the 7th-8th grade team played games on Thursday and practiced on Tuesday (they also had one Saturday that they played two games).  The 7-8 grade level is more competitive, and the coaches may schedule additional practices - for a total of two practices per week.

Please note that last summer's schedule may not be the same for this coming summer.

Also, the coaches may call a practice or two during the last week of May - before the first game which is typically scheduled for the first week of June.
