Parking at Eringate and Crookes:


We have had the following request from Etobicoke Girls Softball:
"We are having parking issues once again at Eringate.  The lot adjacent to the diamond is the property of the church and they have turned a blind eye over the years to our use of this lot. This year they have given the lot on some evenings to a Fitness Boot Camp and the lot is blocked off until around 7:30pm.

Last week we received a complaint of belligerent verbal abuse directed against the people
running the boot camp. I have sent out a notice to my members to respect the legal users of
the parking lot and find alternate parking across the street at the mall.

Could you possibly send a reminder to the member leagues that the use of this lot is a courtesy given to us by the church but that we have no priority use of these spots. Proper parking would be in the mall or around the corner at the high school." 

On a similar note, please respect the residents who live adjacent to Crookes Park.  Although parking is legal on Goodwin RD and Beach ST, please leave this limited parking for residents and their visitors.  Parking is available in the lot off Lakefront Promenade.

2011 Playoff 50/50 Prize WInner
50/50 Prize Winner:
The 50/50 prize winner from September 17/18, was black ticket 643317. The total was $780. The winning share is $390. If you are the winner, please email us at mgsa@live.ca with a scan of your ticket, along with your name and address. We will mail a cheque to you. (This notice will be posted till September 18, 2012)
