Team Parents -- if your team is scheduled for Park Clean-up this season you should have received a flyer with detailed information.  If not, contact Heather.

If you need a safety card for your player, it can be found on the website. Click on Forms & Handouts. Then scroll to the bottom. Select Safety Forms. The Safety Card is an editable PDF that can filled out on a computer and printed off to give to a coach/manager.

Reminders:

• Hats must be worn for concession stand duty.
• Score keeping and pitch count do NOT count for volunteer hours.

Concessions Shifts: In order to keep the concessions stands open for all games, we ask all teams to cover two shifts for the season. All families are asked to help cover the shifts whether they need volunteer hours or not. (coaches, board members, etc). However, priority should be given to those families that need volunteer hours.

Pre/Post game raking: We are working on getting a demonstration video out to show what needs to be done for each game's field prep. For now, please have your coach instruct you on what needs to be done.
