Menomonee Falls Little League: Registration

Families can still register but are subject to availability in your division and may incur a $25 late fee.  (The late fee is assessed for returning families.  However, if you are a high school player who did not make the high school team and you want to play Little League, you are exempt from the late fee.

Please e-mail our Information Officer at mfllinfo@fallslittleleague.org.

1. Required Registration Forms
The Application To Play Ball and the Volunteer Application (for each parent) are required for the 2013 seasonThey are editable PDF forms and can be filled out in the comfort of your own home.

The Application To Play Ball form must list each player being registered.

The Volunteer Application must be filled out by EACH parent, even if the parents are not in the same household.  This form must also be filled out by anyone in your family (grandparent, aunt, uncle, adult older sibling, etc.) who will be assisting the player as a Bench Parent or doing any volunteer hours, such as the concession stand.

NEW FAMILIES: You must provide proof of residency at the time of registration.

NEW PLAYERS TO MFLL: An ORIGINAL birth certificate must be presented for each new player.  We only need to see it to verify the player's age - we do not keep it or make a copy of it.  Per Wisconsin law, it is illegal to make a photocopy of a birth certificate.  Copies will not be accepted at registration, per Little League International rules.  If it is a copy from a hospital, it must have the raised seal on it.

2. Photocopy IDs for EACH Volunteer Form

For each Volunteer Application you submit, we need a copy of a that person's photo ID.  You can do this at home or we will have copiers available during registration.  Don't forget to sign the form!

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PHOTO ID COPIES!

3. Request To Move Player Down a Division

MFLL will only accept requests to play down from your age-assigned division, where applicable.

No player will be allowed to move "up" a division.  Those requests will be denied.

You must complete this form to be considered.  Only the following requests can be made in order to stay compliant with Little League International:

  • 5 year-old to play in T-Ball 4/5 Division
  • 9 year-old boy to play in Baseball AA (7-8 year olds)
  • 11 year-old boy to play in Baseball AAA (9-10 year olds)

Submitting this form does not automatically ensure the player will be moved to a new division. The player will be evaluated to determine this.
