The extended T-Ball season games are now posted under the "Schedules Section". The MFLL Survey is now available on this website under the "Handouts Section" also. If you did not get a survey form from your coaches, you can now download the forms here on the website, and the forms can be mailed in or deposited in the mail slot to the rear of the lower concession stand, or dropped in the drive-up mailbox just south of the lower parking lot as you leave the complex. BB-Majors Brewers Found Innocent!!

MFLL BB-Majors Brewers have been found innocent by a Little League Tribunal for using additional defensive players in the field against the Orioles on Tuesday May 27th. In a counter claim, the Orioles were found innocent of trying to use additional "Ducks on the Pond". The Tribunal also squashed the claim that when a ball got hit to the outfield, everyone "ducked". The game continued, and everything turned out just "Ducky".

Help Wanted!! - S.W.A.T. Team!!

Swift - Water - Attack - Team

Fifteen people are needed to respond when we have emergency
situations to make the Complex fields game ready. In order to get
fifteen people at any given time we need a pool of at least twenty -five people.
The group will be called early (6:00 AM - 6:30 AM) on a Saturday morning
or late in the afternoon (4:00 PM) during the week. Their purpose is to get
nine fields ready for play after rain has made the fields unplayable.
People will be called to action by a phone call from the S.W.A.T Team supervisor.

Each work assignment will qualify the participants for a minimum of two
hours of volunteer time. More hours worked per S.W.A.T emergency will be
counted.
A requirement to join this elite group is that members can not
drop out once they have met the minimum hours requirement per family.

Volunteer Hours Revisited

Over the past few seasons we’ve been experimenting and evaluating what works best for families and volunteer hours. We sat down and determined how many hours it takes to run this Little League and how many families there are to help out. We concluded there are enough hours to ask families with one child to contribute 6 hours; families with two children to contribute 8 hours; families with three or more children to contribute 10 hours. We have also listened to your feedback, realizing that it is sometimes difficult to know where and when to volunteer. To help with that, we have created a new board position called Volunteer Coordinator. At registration you will find a listing of all volunteer opportunities and descriptions of them to see what will work best for you. This information will also be posted on the MFLL website. The volunteer coordinator will be your contact for more information on volunteer opportunities as well as signing you up for those opportunities. Please direct any questions you have to Heather Fieldhack, 414-526-4342 or heatherlee823@yahoo.com.

Background Check Forms for All

All parents/guardians are being asked to complete the Volunteer Application Form (background check form). According to the National Little League, we must obtain a completed form and a copy of a driver’s license for anyone who has regular contact with the children. Since we are a 100% volunteer organization and all families are asked to volunteer time, for simplicity sake, we are asking that everyone complete the form. The form is available on-line at www.eteamz.com/mfll for you to complete ahead of time and bring to registration. We will also have blank forms and a copy machine on hand to make copies of ID’s. We must have at least one parent’s background check form accompany every registration form.
