Brewer Ticket UPGRADES!

***PLEASE READ -- IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LL NIGHT BREWER TICKETS***

We still have tickets available for upgrade.  Stop at the Complex:

5:30pm - 7:30pm at the Upper concession stand

 
Payment by check (made out to MFLL) or cash (exact amount please!). 
THIS IS NOT A TICKET PICK-UP. 

The Little League Night at Miller Park Brewer tickets was more popular than we originally planned for. We ordered 599 tickets in Loge Outfield ($34.00 tickets for a Marquee game!). We received more orders for Loge Outfield than we have allotted tickets.

We had been working with the Milwaukee Brewers to obtain more Loge Outfield tickets. Unfortunately, none are available. However, we were able to get tickets in Field Outfield, at the regular price of $42.00 instead of the Marquee price of $65.00 (a 35% savings!).

Only families who ordered Loge Outfield can upgrade to Field Outfield at a cost of the difference between the 2 ticket prices ($8.00/ticket). 
 
We are sorry that Terrace Box cannot upgrade. And, we cannot accept any new ticket orders.
We have approximately 300 Field Outfield tickets to upgrade to.
 
The upgrade is easy. Stop by the Complex at the time listed above. We will pull your original order, determine the difference, and payment is required at that time (check or cash only). 
 
All upgrades are on a first-come / first-serve basis.

Team Parents - Brewer Ticket Pick-Up POSTPONED

Attention Team Parents -- the pick-up of Little League Night at Miller Park tickets has been postponed.  There will be NO ticket pick-up on Saturday, June 15 as originally planned.

Pick-up will most likely be on multiple weeknights next week to accommodate everyone's schedule.  (If you are unable to pick up your team's tickets, have a parent from your team do so.)  Please continue to watch the website and your e-mail for more information.

We are no longer accepting ticket orders.

Now through Monday, June 17, you can order MFLL Spirit Wear through Burghardt's.

Lost and Found

We have many items in our Lost and Found.  Stop by the Lower Concession stand to claim your lost items.  All unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the season. 

Challengers In the News

Our very own Challengers division is featured on the Menomonee Falls Patch website as they play Whitefish Bay in their inaugural game at Craig Counsell Park in Whitefish Bay.

Concession Stand Volunteer Hours

In order to keep the concessions stands open for all games, we ask all teams to cover two shifts for the season.

All families are asked to help cover shifts whether they need volunteer hours or not. This includes coaches, managers, board members, sponsors, and their families. However, priority should be given to those families that need volunteer hours.



Thunder & Lightning Policy

With the weather we have been having, now is a good time to review the Thunder & Lightning Policy.  Click on the link below to find the entire document to review. 

If a block of games are canceled on the weekend due to weather, later games can still be played if the weather clears and it is safe to play.

Conconcession Supervisors Needed!

Volunteers Wanted!

This is a great way to get ALL of your volunteer hours in one task!

Concession Supervisors RUN the concession stand and are trained by the MFLL Concession Manager. Each day, you will arrive early, set up the stand, and train the volunteers for that shift. You are then free to leave, but stay available by cell phone for issues that may arise. You will then return at the end of the shift to help the volunteers close up the stand for the night.

For the Upper concession stand, supervisors work Monday thru Saturday of their chosen week. For the Lower concession stand, supervisors work their scheduled day every week.

Commitment time is about an hour on weekdays (1/2 hour to open, 1/2 hour to close), and 4 hours on Saturday (one hour to open, one hour - or less - at each of the two shift changes, and one hour at the end of the day). The MFLL Concession Manager will be available as a resource throughout the week.

Commitment: (approximately)

  • 9 hours in one week if supervisor for the whole week
  • 1-2 hours per weekday if scheduled for a particular day each week and 4 hours on Saturday

Concession Supervisor Substitutes will train on how to run the stands and be put on an “on call list” to substitute for the concession supervisors as needed. Hours will vary.

MFLL Hotline

Remember to call the Hotline (414-299-9000) prior to coming to The Complex for a game if the weather appears questionable.  The Hotline is updated around 4pm during the week and by 7:30am on Saturdays (and throughout the day).

However, we all know Wisconsin weather can change quickly.  What may seem like good weather at 4pm can change to servere weather in no time.  And just because games may be cancelled on a Saturday morning doesn't mean Saturday afternoon games are cancelled.

The Hotline is the quickest way to inform all MFLL families about weather-related game situations.
