Expect All Players Officials and Parents to follow the Clubs Rules at all Times

          Players:

          Players must behave Responsibly at all training sessions/matches.

Bullying/Swearing/Abusive language will not be tolerated.

Shin Pads must be worn to all training sessions as well as matches. Shin pads must be worn inside, not outside the socks in accordance with FA rules.

Players are expected to provide their own drinks bottles for match day and training.

No jewellery will be allowed in training or during matches,as per FA Rules.

The Club accepts no responsibility for the loss of Valuables/Mobile Phones during training/matches.

Each Player is responsible for Kit issued by the Club, & any Kit damaged or lost must be replaced.

          Parents / Guardians 

Players must be accompanied by a responsable Adult to all matches. If not the Parent/Guardian the Manager should be informed who will be responsible for the Player. Children playing small sided soccer must be accompanied onto the field/training area.

The Club will not accept responsability for any child attending training until they report to the Manager. The club will not accept responsability for any child after the close of training. Parents/Guardians are responsable for arranging safe pasage to and from training. Parents/Guardians of Players should inform relevant Manager if they are unable to attend or will be late for training or matches.

The Club expects all Parents/Guardians to assist the Manager to Prepare the pitch for Matches & assist in removing Goalposts & Corner Flags.  It is the responsability of the Manager/Players and Parents of individual teams to ensure that all Litter is removed from the Pitch side & tidy the Car Park and Pitch side.

All Parents/Guardians shall abide by FA Rules Sheffield & Hallamshire Rules, Mexborough F.C. Policies and Codes of Conduct.

Action will be taken against anyone who behaves unreasonably towards opposition Players Officials or Supporters. This may involve banning the offender from future matches.

It is the resposability of Parents/Guardians to see that subs are paid. Club members missing 4 consecutive weeks subs (unless paying monthly) will not be allowed to play until the arrears are cleared. Club members missing subs for 8 weeks will be deemed to have left the club. 

Coaches /Managers

Must abide by all Sheffield & Hallamshire Rules & Codes of Conduct, Mexborough F.C. & Rovers Girls  Policies and Codes of Conduct.

Coaches/Managers should not play against players under 18yrs of age in training.

Coaches/Managers must not keep players numbers on their phones.

Coaches/Managers must maintain an appropriate relationship with all players at all times.

Coaches/Managers must promote fair play at all times, unreasonable behaviour toward Opposition Players,  Officials, Spectators or Match Officials will not be tolerated.
