ADVENTURE LEAGUE

CHRISTMAS PARTY

City of St. Joseph Park & Recreation Dept.

Adventure League will hold another adaptive event day for those individuals with challenges participating in regular sports activities. From minor disabilities to individuals who use wheelchairs. Participants of all ages are encouraged to attend , minors should attend with parent or guardian. We will provide them with the opportunity to participate in organized team games and individual sports. Our main objective is to provide a safe environment to have fun and enjoy the love of sport.

Our league will be supported by the “Buddy” system. This involves peers who will assist as necessary to keep them safe and have fun. This can be family members or volunteers ( provided by us ). Events will include: Ice Skating , Baseball, Basketball, , Hockey, Tennis, Golf , Bowling, Hand Cycling, Guitar Hero and Wii, mimi tubing hill.

CYCLING And ON ICE ACTIVITIES REQUIRE HELMET- We will provide or you may bring your own
