Merritt Island Little League: Registration

Please print, fill in, and bring the Player Application, Medical Release (which is the back side of the application), and signed Sport Parent Code of Conduct to Registration. You will need a set for each registered player. Please bring a birth certificate (or copy of one) to the registration as well. Also, bring three (3) proof of residency documents.

If you plan on volunteering as a Manager, Coach, or Board of Director member, or any other position that requires you to be in close proximity with the children, please also fill out and bring the Volunteer Application with a copy of your Driver's License. If you have already filled one out for MILL this year (2013), your name should be on the approved list of volunteers here
