MAGSA CAN USE MOST OLD BATS WHICH ARE IN GOOD CONDITION!! BRING YOUR OLD BATS AND/OR BALLS TO REGISTRATION, OR CONTACT BRANDT KELLEY BY E-MAIL --LAKBSK@SBCGLOBAL.NET TO ARRANGE A RETURN TIME!

- Each manager is responsible for having a physical copy of this filled-out form with them at all practices and games. In the case that a child is injured when a parent is unavailable, the manager may authorize medical treatment.
