Medford Babe Ruth League: Welcome

SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION IS OPEN 

HOW TO REGISTER: 

Mail or hand deliver your completed registration form, $125 check, to Medford Babe Ruth League c/o President Stephen Pompeo, Pompeo & Sons Insurance Agency, 464 High St., West Medford Square 02155.

      (If hand delivering: the office is open Mon - Fri 9 - 5, there is a  mail slot for after hours delivery)

      

NEW PLAYERS ONLY: INCLUDE A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE (If you deliver your registration between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm we can make a copy for you.) 

LATE REGISTATION FEE:  $150 (after February 28th); Registering late does not guarantee a spot on a team

Registration forms are available in the Forms/Handouts section of this site or can be picked up at the Pompeo & Sons Insurance Agency office. 

2012 ELIGIBILITY: Any player born between May 1, 1996 and April 30, 1999 will be eligible for Babe Ruth 13 -15 year old League (Spring and Summer).  

 

MHS Head Baseball Coach Mike Nestor invites 7th and 8th grade players

 to come workout and get ready for the Spring 2012 Baseball Season. 

Players will use the MHS facilities to work on their own. 

MHS coaches will be there to assist players.

Saturday’s 7:30am - 9am & Monday’s 7pm - 9pm   
 January 7, 2012 up to the start of spring tryouts in mid-March

 Winter Baseball 2012 Clinic Fee: $50.00 Make checks payable to Friends of Medford Baseball. Walkin registration after the start of the program.

 Congratulations to all 3 of Medford Babe Ruth's Summer Travel Teams in the Lou Tompkins Allstar Baseball League

14 year olds won their division Tournament of Champions
13 year olds were runner up in their division TOC
15 year olds made it to the Semi finals of their TOC
.
This follows a year in which the 13 year old and 15 year old Allstar teams won the Eastern Mass District 3 championship and went on the State Tournament.

Medford Babe Ruth offers a separate Spring and Summer season as well as the new Fall Transition Program.  The League also fields 3 Allstar Teams to compete towards the Babe Ruth World Series plus 3 Select Travel teams entered into the Lou Tompkins Summer Baseball League.
