SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION IS OPEN 

HOW TO REGISTER: 

Mail or hand deliver your completed registration form, $125 check, to Medford Babe Ruth League c/o President Stephen Pompeo, Pompeo & Sons Insurance Agency, 464 High St., West Medford Square 02155.

      (If hand delivering: the office is open Mon - Fri 9 - 5, there is a  mail slot for after hours delivery)

      

NEW PLAYERS ONLY: INCLUDE A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE (If you deliver your registration between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm we can make a copy for you.) 

LATE REGISTATION FEE:  $150 (after February 28th); Registering late does not guarantee a spot on a team

2012 ELIGIBILITY: Any Medford or Somerville player born between May 1, 1996 and April 30, 1999 will be eligible for Babe Ruth 13 -15 year old League (Spring and Summer).  

2012 PLAYER’S EDGE ELITE BASEBALL CLINIC - March 2nd, 3rd & 4th

Current Medford High School Varsity Baseball Coach, Mike Nestor, along with former Watertown High School Head Baseball Coach & current UMass-Boston Assistant Coach, Joe Chiodo, with their staff of professional, collegiate and high school coaches are back for their 10th year providing the local area with elite, high level clinics for all player’s looking to gain the edge for the 2012 season! For the first time in the clinics 10 years, the Player’s Edge Elite Baseball Clinic will take place from March 2nd-4th at Medford High School. Join Coach Chiodo, Coach Nestor, Medford native and current Medford High Assistant Baseball Coach, Orazio Azzarello, area high school and collegiate coaches, along with former professional players such as Malden’s Kevin McGlinchey (Atlanta Braves, Tampa Bay Rays) and Medford’s Justin Crisafulli (Cleveland Indians) for this exciting pre-season clinic to help prepare every player for the 2012 season. No other program around offers a more personalized one on one player to coach ratio at a very affordable price than the Player's Edge Baseball Clinics.

With former professional and collegiate players and coaches on hand, along with former Division I, II and III All-Conference and All-Americans, to instruct and discuss the fundamentals of hitting, pitching, catching and more, you won’t find a better deal around! MHS Head Baseball Coach Mike Nestor invites 7th and 8th grade players

 to come workout and get ready for the Spring 2012 Baseball Season. 

Players will use the MHS facilities to work on their own. 

MHS coaches will be there to assist players.

14 year olds won their division Tournament of Champions
13 year olds were runner up in their division TOC
15 year olds made it to the Semi finals of their TOC
.
This follows a year in which the 13 year old and 15 year old Allstar teams won the Eastern Mass District 3 championship and went on the State Tournament.
