Explanation Regarding Bases
NOTE To All District 4 Blues:
Bases 1st, 2nd and 3rd must be able to disengage from their anchor. If those bases cannot disengage and a WAVIER from L.L. cannot be produced (allowing games to be played on that field) then the Blues along with the League are 100% liable should anything happen to a player while you are Umpiring and it is proved that you know what the rule calls for in regard to the bases.

And 2008 begins......
Last night at the Sanford HS cafeteria, D4’s newest volunteers massed together and tackled the little green/blue bibles….. in a 3.25 hour session.
Led by the D4 UIC’s and District Administrator Lyn Bowles sitting in as cheerleader, season 2008 began. After leaving only 2 brain flakes in tact, everyone escaped to safer and friendlier havens.
